Have been waiting reply from Liverpool. Just called to the person in charge, and they told me normally it takes about 2 weeks to reply. Hopefully I can get the reply latest by 20th of Feb.

 

Help University's degree commence on the week after CNY.

 

 

I'm running out of time now.

 

 

What on the earth that they need so long to look into my application. LOL.

 

 

Everyone around practically concern on my degree. I'm so guilty that I could only answer ' I don't know yet ' for like 1 month already.

 

Sister was complaining me, why am I so lazy sitting home doing nothing, can't I go and commence my studies soon? You think I prefer sit home? In this 1 month, I only realize how pity those kids who can't attend school. Seriously, when everyone is going to school and you can't, a feeling of uneasiness haunt you. It's not that I like to study, but I think at this age, I prefer study than work. Working outside isn't easy, though I haven't experienced before, merely based on other's experience.

 

Conclusion : I wish I can commence my studies soon, and get onto the right path. Decision- making

                     is a tough task for me. If you know me well, you know I would take some time to read

                     the menu, and don't talk about studies.

 

 

 

Actually, even I got the offer from UK (but complete in Malaysia), I still can't decide which to choose.

 

 

Option 1: Take both and I can graduate from a reputable uni. Graduate with a commerce degree and

                get a real estate certificate simultaneously.

 

Option 2: Take real estate, but graduate from a lousy university, but a rewarding career.

 

 

Graduating from a reputable university doesn't promise you anything and no one would ever remember it. Getting a rewarding career makes your life easier, you control of your own life. This sounds nicer right?

But at this age, as a student, of course we want to graduate from a good university.

I'm aiming to get involved in real estate, but it doesn't mean I have to own a degree in that since many of them actually don't graduate from a degree in real estate.

 

Option 1 is diversified, but focus on 1 is always better than 2. This is my main concern actually, accounting takes up at least 3-4 years to complete, as well as real estate.

Why does Help University doesn't provide this le? So I can do a triple major already. Haha.

 

 

 

Looking forward to the reply. Checking mail every morning, afternoon and evening has become part of my daily routine. Reply me quick please.

Here goes my January :)

As usual, every end of the year, will have Mum's birthday lunch/ dinner, Christmas lunch and New Year lunch session with my aunts.

Don't think that I stay home everyday doing nothing or I'm busy shopping. (I shop less than 5 times this month)

Of course I don't spend my break doing nothing. There are actually several reasons that why I don't commence my studies yet. Partly because I haven't make up my mind yet, also because I want to take this opportunity to gain some extra knowledge and experience. Imbibing knowledge not only can be done through reading, one can discover more through travel around. I didn't travel overseas, just within KL area. Haha =)

Have been meeting up bankers, lawyers and real estate negotiators. I even attended 2 property seminar. Haha  > <

This annual property forecast talk was conducted by the Swhengtee International Real Estate Investors Club at PWTC on the 20th of January from 9:30am to 6pm.

The speaker is a reknowned property investor, Gavin Tee, who is also the founder and president of this investors club.

My first visit to this place. Quite a distance from KL. The navigation showed Negeri Sembilan... another 30 over kilometre to Port Dickson. Haha.

 

Went there to search for land.

As I said, went there not to play, didn't have time to go down and enjoy the sea breeze.

 

 

 

 

It's 31st of the month. Nothing special except for Baskin Robbin 31% discount.

 

Last but not least, it's my dear Sally's birthday month. She's now in her 19th. Enjoy life, discover life and create your own life.

 

Quite a meaningful month for me. ;)

 

 





Colourful

Been in a Happy month last December.

December, is a joyous month, whether for kids or adults.

It is one of the month in a year that I anticipate much.... School Holidays, Shopping Days, Christmas and New Year Eve. However, it's a different case for last December, wasn't excited ... Haha...
I thought it would be a mundane one this year. But it turned out to be quite an awesome one. I splurged, spent all my time, keep myself busy, though spending time on shopping isn't a meaningful one, but, you never know that keeping yourself busy in this way may help you get rid of all the uneasy feelings and blues. It worked quite well. Of course, I have a bunch of lovely friends, sisters I supposed? Haha... they aren't just my friend, definitely more than that. <3

First time countdown with them on New Year Eve. Fantastic... Haha

It's been a month since I had my last update over here.

Good or bad?

Have been doing nothing during this month, except for Mid-term Exams.

And quizzes are coming next week, just tomorrow, to be specific. Haha :)

Was watching Astro beauty paegant last night (Saturday) and suddenly went blackout. Thanks to TNB who changed the electric meter outside the house. And issued a notification slip that they are going to charge us for the unpaid amount, claiming that the past bill was underapplied.

Had chillin' session with dear Serine & Sally @ UFO - Sally's favourite... Too bad I can't eat  :(

It's been a month since I last met Sally after DPC evening jog. So fast right? And I hadn't saw the little girl in the FRIM for like one and a half month. Hahaha.

Finally Sally finished her finals, or else I have to wait for a week? 3 more babes to go. They are having their STPM TOMORROW. Haha. Chill~ Say good luck to them  <3



So... how's life?

As usual? Still in the same mood and mode. Vague but it's true. Stress? Maybe? Because I'm already mentally and physically exhausted. How good if I'm given a chance for a breakaway.

Lack of motivation and energy. I don't know la. Just feel so lazy to think, not lazy actually, but avoid? Since I still can't get the answer. I don't know. Can't think then don't think! Haha.

Thinking back, last year at this time, I was having fun. This year? One year just past like this, where I haven't even achieve anything this year. Few more months later, I'm in degree?  

To be happy is all matters.

Stress

Stress like shit...

 

I know it's rude.

 

But ya, I'm running out of time.

I don't understand those stuff at all...
Ethics? Moral? Maxim?
Existence preceeds essence....
 What's that? I have no idea at all with all those moral theories which are confusing yet weak in argument.

You have no idea how is it when you have your dictionary besides when you are studying Moral Studies.

Seriously....

It's not as easy as the 36 moral values that we used to learn in the past 5 years, but theories from philosopher, how they view ethics, values.... so on and so forth...

Immanuel Kant, this is the 2nd semester that I saw his name in my textbook, with his so-called Kant's ethics.

 

How am I gonna finish this? Yet I'm here. Haha ><

 

Just to complain a little.

 

A women under stress is not immediately concerned with finding solutions to her problems but rather seeks relief by expressing herself and being understood

So what do I do when I feel stress these days? Music... Blogging... Camwhore... - way to seek relief, since I can't talk to my besties now.  :)

Blogging- Place to express your feelings
Camwhore- I have no idea, but girls like to camwhore, and it makes us feel good... Haha

It's 10pm now and I feel so tired...

So lazy to continue and I guess you guys will be bored as I keep repeating the same stuff... Haha
