Here goes my January :)

As usual, every end of the year, will have Mum's birthday lunch/ dinner, Christmas lunch and New Year lunch session with my aunts.

Don't think that I stay home everyday doing nothing or I'm busy shopping. (I shop less than 5 times this month)

Of course I don't spend my break doing nothing. There are actually several reasons that why I don't commence my studies yet. Partly because I haven't make up my mind yet, also because I want to take this opportunity to gain some extra knowledge and experience. Imbibing knowledge not only can be done through reading, one can discover more through travel around. I didn't travel overseas, just within KL area. Haha =)

Have been meeting up bankers, lawyers and real estate negotiators. I even attended 2 property seminar. Haha  > <

This annual property forecast talk was conducted by the Swhengtee International Real Estate Investors Club at PWTC on the 20th of January from 9:30am to 6pm.

The speaker is a reknowned property investor, Gavin Tee, who is also the founder and president of this investors club.

Sepang Gold Coast

 

 

My first visit to this place. Quite a distance from KL. The navigation showed Negeri Sembilan... another 30 over kilometre to Port Dickson. Haha.

 

Went there to search for land.

As I said, went there not to play, didn't have time to go down and enjoy the sea breeze.

 

 

 

 

It's 31st of the month. Nothing special except for Baskin Robbin 31% discount.

 

Last but not least, it's my dear Sally's birthday month. She's now in her 19th. Enjoy life, discover life and create your own life.

 

Quite a meaningful month for me. ;)

 

 





Colourful

Been in a Happy month last December.

December, is a joyous month, whether for kids or adults.

It is one of the month in a year that I anticipate much.... School Holidays, Shopping Days, Christmas and New Year Eve. However, it's a different case for last December, wasn't excited ... Haha...
I thought it would be a mundane one this year. But it turned out to be quite an awesome one. I splurged, spent all my time, keep myself busy, though spending time on shopping isn't a meaningful one, but, you never know that keeping yourself busy in this way may help you get rid of all the uneasy feelings and blues. It worked quite well. Of course, I have a bunch of lovely friends, sisters I supposed? Haha... they aren't just my friend, definitely more than that. <3

First time countdown with them on New Year Eve. Fantastic... Haha
